Goldstone

Goldstone is a resource management strategy game designed for the Playdate. You play as a prospector trying to find a fortune at the height of the gold rush in the mid 1800s.  Get upgrades for your equipment, try your luck at panning, or digging with your egg-beater style drill.  Find enough gold to feed yourself and hopefully retire young and wealthy!

Drilling equipment is sparse and expensive!  Start out by using your rusty pan and sifting for gold by shaking the device.  Scrape up enough gold and invest it wisely to strike bigger next time!

Once you get going a little bit, maybe you would like to invest in a drill and hit the mines looking for the motherlode?  Stop by the general store and stock up on goods and equipment.

Once you're efficiently geared up, pick a good spot and start looking for gold!  But keep an eye on your energy, food, and clothing, or your journey may end sooner than you think!

It is crucial to stay stocked up on food and clothing, especially as the gold rush rages on as the seasons pass.  Be prepared!
